Hi All,
We are facing audio packet loss issue while making or receiving Jabber PSTN calls Via VPN .We are unable to properly hear the person on the other end .This is happening only for PSTN calls .At the moment we don't have option to check calls from office LAN or Physical phone as all are WFH
Below scenarios tested .
Jabber to Jabber :: Audio works fine.
Jabber to another internal phone(Jabber & CIPC) ::Audio Works fine
CIPC VPN to PSTN calls (Inbound and Outbound) :: Audio Works fine
Jabber VPN to PSTN calls (inbound and outbound) ::Audio issue Receive (25 % to 96% packet loss) PFA
Jabber VPN to other branch office PSTN( i.e.: if i route call via any other location PSTN by changing DP and CSS ) :: Audio works fine.it looks like have issue only with single branch office
In packet capture observed Wrong sequence number in voice gateway to jabber RTP stream and lost pack count is 96%
jabber to voice gateway RTP stream looks good and 0 % packet loss

Any idea Where to check
Any difference SCCP and SIP device protocol here ?
