Ok, hopefully I am on the correct forum....
We currently have a main helpdesk number that after a few rings, will ring over on other extentsions. Since this number is different from the rest of the department, I would like to program a button on my phone/line so when the helpdesk line is called, the button on my phone will light up and display who is calling. The model of phones I am looking to do this on is the Cisco 7962 and 7942.
Thanks

You can add another line (if there's room on the phone) as a shared line, or add it as a line group, or use your current line on a line group.

Created a new BLF SD and that was what I was looking for. Thanks for setting me on the right track.
