In Callamanager Express is there a way to route the calls based on the source extension.
Our scenario is like this:
We have 2 different types of connections comes to CME one is PSTN and other one is PRI. We were able call in and out from PRI line. PSTN line is configured to land all the incoming call to reception. We want only reception (Extension 500) should make outgoing calls from PSTN line.
Can we configure CME with this scenario?
