PSTN call to forward to operator extension in SRST mode

Hi Team,

I have the following setup:

CUCM with SIP trunk to a 4331 GW. When not in SRST mode, the FXO port using connection plar and a voip dial peer hits the AA extension. However in SRST mode, I would like to hit an operator extension. How can I do this? Since the connection plar points to AA. I was thinking of using a translation rule on another dial peer.

Configure a translation rule to be used when SRST kicks in

Thanks Jaime for your response, but I have sip srst set up using SRST manager to push the configs.

After reading the guide, it is referencing a call-manager-fall-back to apply the translation rule on. However with SIP srst configs that is pushed to the router there is no fall-back command. Do i add this command? or there is another way to setup?

Hi All,

Any ideas for this? Its E-SRST with a sip trunk.
