Dear Support,
As we have Two cisco 3900 series VG(H.323) connected two E1 lines on Each VG and aslo 12x2 PSTN lines fxo as backup lines . in case E1 disconnect user can dial out via pstn lines as backup line connection type fxo .
Main company telephone line with DID i.e 28736666 . At CUCM config as translation parttern with 8900 . this 8900 config as CTI with AA (Auto Attendant as CRS ) . and this 8900 configure on the backup line each fxo port as PLAR connection. example as bleow .

The problem is that If E1 lines are disconnect main telephone line also disconnect. So incoming call are not working at all. only outgoing calls are going via fxo PSTN backup line .
So please advice what we need to configure to make incoming call to work at time of E 1 lines disconnect.
