i have a customer using public address system and want to integrate with the Cisco UCM 8.0 to do paging from the phones to the public address speakers. any one did that and what is the way to do that ?
What is your public system brand? Is it TDM system or IP based system? If TDM your best bet would be to integrate it to FXS/FXO line via page adapter such as pagepal or TAMB.
Hi Chris i want only to update the case, the connection was very easy output from headset to the pagin system OTA and make this extension auto answer from headset it's working fine now
