Pulling User Reports Cisco Unity Connection version: 7.1.3.

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to pull a report on daily basis for user with mailboxes from Unity ver 7, We can do it manually from BAT then download the excelsheet

but i am looking to automate this process and schedule it as a daily task. Any help/suggestions appreciated!

Hello Atul,

Reports cannot be scheduled in advanced:

Note that reports cannot be scheduled in advance. If you shut down the Connection or Cisco Unified CMBE server, or close the Connection Administration browser session while reports are being generated, the report generation will be canceled.

The only two task manager options I see regarding Reports are:

Clean Reports Log   and Monitor the Size of the Reports Database

You could always try Unity Connection User data dump. It has some scheduling tools that uses the native windows task scheduler.
