PVDM / Voice-Port

HI I have ISR 4321, i have 4 fxs and PVDM card but i wasn't able to configure "Voice-port" it doesn't show in sh run command. what should i do? thank you.

If you do a 'show version' , does the uck9 license show Permanent?  Also, does the PVDM/FXS show up in 'Show Inventory'?

Hi Sir, Yes Its shown in sh inventory but the uck9 is not permanent

You don't have the UC License.  You'll need to get with your Cisco Partner and purchase the license in order for that to show up.  In the meantime, you can issue the 'license feature uck9' in config mode to enable the eval for 8 weeks.
