I have two CME 12.0 instances running on two separate routers. Router 1 contains one PVDM3-64 and Router 2 contains two PVDM3-64s.
Router 1:
dspfarm profile 1 conference

maximum conference-participants 16
maximum sessions 4

Router 2:

On both routers I cannot get more than 8 meet-me conference participants to join a conference. If any more than 8 parties attempt to join a conference they get a busy signal. Can someone tell me why this is? Does each PVDM only support 8 meet-me conference participants? What is the effect of configuring the maximum conference-participants command if no more than 8 parties can join?
