Question about CIPC and Pickup Notification

Hi there!

I have a question about the componentes mentioned above.

Here I have a user which uses the CIPC over a VPN-Connection. He mentioned, that the audio notification from the Pickup-Group does not ring, when a call is "ready for pickup". I suppose, that the signalling is blocked on one of the million Firewalls between the VPN-Network and the VoIP-Core.

Now I want to know which port is used to send the audio notification. Then I can check it on the FWs.
