Question: MIC cannot be validated; Possible old Cisco CA?

Hello world,

I tried to install a LSC on a Telepresence MX300 unit. I didn't work until I changed the "Authentication Mode" to "Null String". First it was set to "By existing Certificate (precedence to MIC)" which never worked. (Error: Invalid credentials...)

My guess would be that the MIC installed on the unit cannot be validated by CUCM. Here is a excerpt of the certificate:

Certificate:
    Data:
        Version: 1 (0x0)
        Serial Number:
            d8:4b:7b:51:ac:64:c5:70
    Signature Algorithm: sha1WithRSAEncryption
        Issuer: C=US, O=Cisco Systems, Inc.
        Validity
            Not Before: May 6 10:16:47 2014 GMT
            Not After : Apr 12 10:16:47 2114 GMT
        Subject: C=US, O=Cisco Systems, Inc.
        Subject Public Key Info:
            Public Key Algorithm: rsaEncryption
                Public-Key: (2048 bit)

We have the standard Cisco root CAs installed on our system:

- Cisco_Root_CA_2048

- Cisco_Root_CA_M2

- CAP_RTP_002

Any ideas as to why it fails with the MIC validation?

Thank you.
