I am working with the Call Manager version 8.6. In the CDR records, when you select a specific one and choose the view option, is there a way to tell which end disconnected the call first? I have attached a screen shot of where I think it should be. I just don't know what the codes mean.
Your best bet is to get the CCM traces, open up in a TranslatorX software, the click Generate Diagram. This clearly tells you from where you got the BYE.
