Hi All,
We have a customer service queue setup in UCCX. We can dial a pilot number to force close the queue but no force open option. I wonder if it's possible to do a setup to have force open option avaiable in UCCX.
Please advise. Thanks a lot.

To clarify. Force close means close the queue immediately. Force open means open the queue immediately.

Sure it's possible and likely using the same mechanism. What is the script updating today to force the script closed: a database, session, or XML file?

We are using XML file. After looking into the scripts and xml file. We figured out how to do that. Thanks!!
