"Conference Hardware" invalid command from voice register global

Hi Pals,

I am trying to create a conference in my 9971 Phone, but the "conference button" does not work after 3 party conference (built-in conference). I have a 7941 in CME as well. 7941 work great no problem.

This is the problem:

SCR1(config)#voice register global
SCR1(config-register-global)#con?
% Unrecognized command
SCR1(config-register-global)#con ?

For built in phone bridge, you don't need hardware conferencing resource. For software conferencing, ensure that all participants are g711 only.
In addition to this and if you are trying to add hardware conferencing, can you increase the max session under the profile and try adding it to voice register global. You are running a very old CME version, not sure if CME SIP supported hardware conferencing at this version, I am not aware of such limitation though.
