"Conferencing profile not setup" error from CUCM Self care portal

Hi,

I'm launching the self care portal via Cisco Jabber windows 11.6.2 and CUCM version 11.5

Here I'm getting the "Conferencing profile not setup" error from web portal and snapshot is attached.

I'm able to access the smart scheduler without any error when directly accessing via browser.

TMS Version 11.5.2 and TMSPE 1.7.0.4

Seeing the same problem with CUCM v11.5 and TMS v15.1.0.

Looks like CSR 11.5 recommends TMS 15.2

This is now identified as bug and Cisco will be providing the fix in CUCM 12 version ( not sure)

Symptom:
CM 11.5.1 selfcare-page\Conferecing doesnot allow scheduling meeting and gives error message "Conferencing profile not setup".

Conditions:
Only when clicking "Conferencing" tab in the selfcare portal of the call manager version 11.5.1
