"Maximum License" error

My users are getting this "Maximum License" error, but my vendor says that everything should be fine.

I ran a report from UCCX > System > License Information

Do I receive this error when I exceed 5 consecutive users?

Any suggestions on where to check on this further?

If my licenses are fine, how do I add users and not recieve this error?

Hi Christopher,

You have got a licnese of 5 Premium seats which means at one point of time , 5 concurrect users can login.

This concurrent license can be shared by agents as long as only one of them has logged in.

Can u share the snapshot of error message and what is UCCX version ?

if version 8, try running this command when error appears

show uccx cad license usage
