I have a strange behavior with a customer, I'm recording SIP phones with ASC recording systems. The recording system is working and deployed since few months, each DN has the recording option to "Automatic Call Recording Enabled" with a recording profile, but yesterday we have been faced to a strange behavior.
It looks "recording option" field has been changed to "Call recording Disabled" and then SIP phone was not recorded anymore but we don't know how this field has been able to be changed... I know what you will say but we can see records in the recording system before and my customer tell me that he didn't changed anything related to this.
Do you know if there is something that could be the cause of this change ?
