"show call active" on 4331

Router version 16.03.01

I am troubleshooting quality issues however the command is not showing any of the quality stuff.

What type of data are you looking? maybe you aren't reading output right?

Hey thanks for the document...I have see that.

I don't get ANY quality stats such as latency, loss ...etc

Do you get any information at all? some commands only work for certain protocols, if you have an MGCP deployment I don't know if the info is there, also POTS vs SIP the commands are different try with something like:

 

show voice call status
show isdn active
