I am looking for steps of  RAID configuration for UCS C220 M3. I need to install SocialMiner on this server.

Also, you should confirm that the server meets the UCS specs-based or TRC support requirements.

+5 to Jonathan for providing proper answer.

In additional pay attention to which C220M3 server you have as some come with 500 Gb drive configured as RAID5, and others with 300Gb drives in RAID 10, keeping them as such is recommended.
