All,
I'm having random issues with calls not going through at a site of mine. This is a small office with about 12 phones. They are using Cisco 7940 handsets. What I'm being told is that sometimes they can dial a number and the call goes through fine, while other times they have to dial several times before it will. Any ideas on this?

Hi Matthew,
Can you provide some more information about the topology? Are your outgoing calls going out to the PSTN via a PRI or some 1FLs? The fact that some calls go through, seems like your configuration is correct, but may be maxing out the number of calls that can go out at any given time.

Does that site has it own voice gateway connected with BRI or PRI circuits ? what is the outgoing call pattern ?
