Having an issue with a customer calling in , asking to be transferred and when the destination phone rings and the user picks up , customer gets disconnected.  I could use some help as I am relatively new to cisco systems.

It must be the media negotiation which is causing this trouble. What is exactly is the call flow ?

For Ex:- ITSP >> SIP >> CUBE >> SIP >> CUCM >> Phone A >> Transfers to Phone B.

Where can I find this information?  I am sorry but I am new to this and unfortunately I cant seem to find anyone with this information.

Also just to clarify

we have two gateways, one for each building location.  It seems whenever we transfer from building A to building B, it goes like this.

Call comes in > Building A user transfers caller to requested individual > Building B user hears phone ring > Building B user picks up and call instantly drops.

This issue is random but always at building B site

Involve the network admin to know the topology.
