two days ago I finally managed to schedule an upgrade window for our call manager. Yeah, the jump was quite big, as I upgraded from 11.5-11900 to 11.5-21900.
Today the first users with 9971 phones complained that they are now missing the little "person" icon in the missed/received call list that indicates if a call was issued via a hunt group.
I did some perliminary testing and found that when the call details are viewed, the hunt group information is also missing from the call details. Older calls in the list (pre upgrade) still have this kind of information attached. The phone firmware did not change with with CUCM update. Is this a known issue? Maybe it's related with the 88xx phone now being able to actually display hunt groups?!
Any advice on this? as the 9971 went out of support end of july this year TAC probably won't open a case for this right?
