Reception transfers call, returned with audio issue

I have the following problem:

1.  Call comes in to reception phone and is answered;  

2.  Call then gets transferred from reception to an internal extension;  

3.  No answer at the extension, so the call is forwarded back to reception;

4.  Upon answering the returned call there is no audio but the call is active;

5.  At times the call gets dropped upon return as reported by the callers.

 

Note: When dialing the extension directly from the outside and nobody answers, the call is forwarded to the receptionist with no issue upon answering.           The company has a SIP Trunk.

Hi, Did u notice pkts

Hi,

 

Did u notice pkts transfer between the phones and also validate the RTP ports also verify the Region configs.
