Hello,
We are currently investigating the possibility of adding a remote IP phone for a worker. We currently have a CUCM 8.03.
We would like to place a Cisco IP 7945 phone in the remote workers office. We would like to be able to establish a clientless VPN so the user could place and receive telephone calls in their remote office. We don't require an elaborate setup. We were looking at the ASA 5510 series. We are fairly new to the CISCO VOIP world and were looking for some guidence as to what product/licensing model would work the best for us? We may expand the number from 1 user to to maybe 5 telephones.
Would we be best suited to an ASA appliance or something else?
Thanks for your recommendations.
