Hi Marcos,

Sure it is

Let's say that user mcardoso is the one recording the greetings. Have a look at

the Class of Service that is being used;

Class of Service Greetings Settings

The class of service greetings setting specifies the maximum length of greetings.

Subscribers > Class of Service > Greetings Page

Maximum  Greeting Length in Seconds  Select the recording length allowed to  subscribers assigned to this COS for recording greetings.

The range is 1 to 999 seconds.

Cheers!

Hi Marcos,

The Greeting length is actually controlled by the User COS

of the user who is doing the recording. Kind of odd but that's

where to look

Rob,

This means that is not possible to record a message greater then 30 sec?

Thanks
