Hi voice team,
I need to record 40 extensions calls (always) there is a possibility to do this in CUCM?
if not possible, how can I do?

There are many call recording solutions, such as:
Calabrio
Nice
Verint
CallRex, etc, etc
most of them can utilize Cisco MediaSense or use their own call recording engine.

No, CUCM is not a recording appliance.
You either need a dedicated recording solution, or a Contact Center solution which provides this feature.
If you search CSC, you'll find plenty of references to 3rd party products for this.
