If you are running CUCM 8.5, its really time to think about upgrading. 8.6 is really the oldest version that anyone should be running these days, and even then you would want to think about upgrading.
Rather than spend a ton of money on a Call Recording solution, you should consider upgrading to the latest version of CUCM, and then use its native recording with a MediaSense server.
For older versions of CUCM, there are allot of options. However, I honestly wont recommend any of them, because they're all not very good. But if you insist on going down that road, you can look at Calabrio, Cistera, Telerex, CallCopy, and several more. Again, that is not my stamp of approval, because I dont really like any of them.
