Recording server recommendation

Hi guys,

I would like a recommendation for a call recording server. We actually only need 2 staff to be recorded. Currently we are using a third party call recording server, which cost us USD $8000, this include installation, configuration, maintenance and  2 user licenses for one year. So next year we have to pay for these 2 user licenses again, each one cost us USD $450.

Is that too expensive? We are considering to switch to another vendor. Do you have any recommendation? What about Cisco MediaSense? What is its pricing model? How much will it cost?

Thank you

Refer to below link for information related to Media Sense and other CC products. It might not have the complete pricing details for few of the products/part numbers but contains for most of them

http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/customer-collaboration/CCBUorderingguide.pdf

Since you only have two users, it will be worth to take a look at Market Place as well for other vendors providing Recording Solution and then choose accordingly:

I used free of charge  Oreka: Open source voice recording system

http://aurus5.com/phoneup/record - the free promo license includes 3 seats.
