Hi guys,
Is there anyway to retrieve existing voice messages and convert them into a WAV files on Unity Connection 8.5? I have setup Unity now to forward voice messages to the users email account as WAV files but we have some messages that are already in his voice message box that we would like to convert to WAV files.
User is using a Cisco 6921 is there anyway to forward his existing messages to email as WAV files?
Thanks for any help.
Shaun

Sure. Login to the mailbox using an IMAP client of your choosing or through Web Inbox. Access to both is controlled via the user's CoS in CXN.

Hi Shaun,
Just to add a note to the great tips from Jonathan (+5 J-Man!)
You could also forward the saved messages back to the user
so they become "new" messages again
Cheers!
