I have a reception desk at a hospital that uses Attendant Console to transfer callers etc. Some of the users that are on here have red crosses next to their names whilst others do not. The users in red are logged into their Cisco phones and are set up exactly the same within CUCM. Can someone advise why they have the red crosses please?

Thanks for that, I had looked at it but this appears to be for all users, my issue is only a select few.......

What are CUCM and Attendant versions? How Attendant is integrated with CUCM/LDAP?Do u have Presence as well ?
if possible , share snapshot of error.

Exactly to which AC are you referring????, there are 8-9 different ACs out there, and that's just from Cisco.
What phone do those users have?
