Hi,
I am having problems with phones running on CME 10.5. It's difficult to explain so I have attached images to assist.
Image 1 shows an 8811 phone with a red light next to the primary line. It also has a lot of strange numbers on the right hand side and each button on the right has a red light next to it. When dialling this line, the number rings however the phone doesn't. When trying to dial out from this number, I receive the error message shown in image 2 (there are no active calls when this is done)
Image 3 shows a phone with the red light next to a couple of lines implying that the lines are busy however they actually are not. This inhibits things like forwarding calls to these lines. The example shown in the picture is an 8851 with a Key Expansion Module, however this is also happening on 8811 phones with no K.E.M
The CME vresion is 10.5 and the phones are running the load sip88xx.11-7-1-17.loads

Other than the phones shown above, there is one 7973 that is configured as an ephone and doesn't have any shared lines with any other phone (shown below):

I have attempted factory resetting the phones, through menus and through powering off and entering the key sequence, I've tried getting rid of all the shared lines, I've tried removing all of the lines and re-adding them however nothing I have tried is working.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Cheers,
Paolo
