Redundancy Configuration CUCM 8.5

Hi,

I need to configure Redundancy Combined with Centrelise Call Processing in CUCM.

I need to configure 1:1 Redundacy.

we have total 5 Servers (7845). and need to Desing 1 Pub. and 1 group of Sub(2 Servers) and 2 group of sub(2 Servers).

kinldy guide what are configration steps I need to follow.

HI

You have to creat CUCM Groups and keep the Subscribers  in those groups. Assign those group to Device pool.

Divide the Ip phone based on  your requirement and assign that device pool.

How to create the Group is showsn as follows

as I said we have 5 servers. when we creat the group only 4 servers allow.

I need to creare 2 sub bundle of 4 servers.

what are the steps, ?

should I have to change any confirgartion in sub also?

please guide

I am not clear on your query But You can add up to 3 call processing CUCM in one group.

Just create as many CUCM groups as you like, with the mixture of those 4 SUBs as required for redundancy, and assign those to the device pools for the phones.

That's all you need to do.

yes one qustions is clear.

Now tell me, in each group we need to add Pub and require SUB. correct..?

and add these group in Device pool ?

No, you usually do not add the PUB, if you want 1:1. then just use the SUBs.

Yes, you use the CUCM groups in the device pools.
