Redundancy on Speed-dial to a PSTN number when this go to out of service

Hi.

We have a speed-dial configured on our CUCM to a webex service audio conferencing number (on the PSTN); but sometimes this number are out of service. It is possible configure redudancy -when the first number were out of service- to another PSTN number without configure a new speed-dial on each phone? (We have allready an alternate number to dial to webex service).

i have never come across any mechanism that can do this.
