We are using CME v 8.6 and I have a to scenario for call forwarding :
There are two phones, one is for manager (Phone A) and another is for receptionist (Phone B).
Requirement is that if Phone A does not pick up the call or it's busy in that case call should be forwarded receptionist phone i.e. Phone B and if receptionist also unavailable then call should go to voicemail of Phone A.
In current Phone A configuration:
ephone-dn 32 dual-line
number 12345678
description XYZ
name XYZ
call-forward busy 87654321 (forwarded to VM)
call-forward noan 87654321 timeout 10 (forwarded to VM)
