Register 8945 CUCME 10

Hi gyus

I have a CUCME 10.0 and i trying to resgister a 8945 phone, the cucme already have a phone 8941 registered and in operation. But when i try to make upgrade the firmware to the phone i have the follow log.

Hi,

Can you also let us know what is the current firmware version on the phone and whether its  Release 9.1(2)SR1 and later or not because any firmware version below this will have the below mentioned issue:

Also what exactly happens on the phone when you try to upgrade.

Thanks for your answer, i can't see the phone the device is in another country, the phone remain in state upgrade and then phone reboot.

In the log the CUCME i see the phone trying to register several times but always the upgrade fail.

Can you try to use the below command and see whether you are able to see the load for this phone.

show ephone phone-load
