Good day colleagues.
We have trouble with Cisco IP Phone 7945(current firmware SCCP45.9-3-1SR3-1S). This phone receives TFTP parameters from the DHCP and this phone registered on Cisco Unified CM (Alias “Server-1”) with system version 9.1.2. In this case, we need to register this IP Phone on another CUCM cluster (Alias “Server-2”) with system version 8.5.1. , I made following steps: 1. I pressed settings===> Network configuration ===> Ipv4 configuration. In this section I have modified parameter: "alternate TFTP” changed it to "yes then I’ve specified TFTP address (changed it to tftp Ip address "Server-2. And now IP Phone tries to apply IPv4 settings, then successfully applies settings but phone doesn't register on “Server 2 “ , because he still is registered on "Server-1" and IP phone doesn't updated "Unified CM List"(settings==>device configuration====>"Unified CM Configuration").In this list still listed IP addresses of "Server 1". Any Ideas?
