Hi all, anyone can help me about the registration my 3PCC phone into 3rd Party System?

I've successfully convert from ent to 3PCC and now im struggling with registration. Can i know what options should i configured in my phone except this?
- Shared Line Appearance > Shared User ID: This is the extension number, and should exactly match the extension number in my PBX.
- Proxy and Registration > Proxy: This should be the IP address of my PBX server.
- Proxy and Registration > Outbound Proxy: This should be the IP address of my PBX server.
- Subscriber Information > User ID: Extension number
- Subscriber Information > Auth ID/Password: This is the extension authorization details configured in my PBX.
