Registration Fails on new publisher

Hi,

I recently changed my subscriber to be my publisher after my publisher hardware failed. I uploaded the node licenses and DLUs on to the new publisher, however nothing registers. Please help..

When you re-built the Publisher did you get all the licenses

re-hosted to the new MAC of the Publisher?
