Hi Esa,

It sounds like a licensing issue to me. How many users is

the system licensed for and at what number of ephones are

you receiving the error?

"show lic detail"

"show platform software lic"

Cheers!

Hello,

Under telephony-service you can check with max-ephone how many phones you can add: http://cisco.biz/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/command/reference/cme_m1ht.html#wp1094681

If you can't add more, you need bigger router capable of registering more phones.

Check this link for specifications: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/33matrix.htm

You can have a look at this post as well:

Correctly said by Hermanus (+5).

In case the 'max ephone ?' command advises the number of phones you have configured already, then it is likely that we are running into a license issue.

In that case please share the output of 'sh license detail'.

It is possible that we might need to accept the EULA.

Please refer to the following for more information:

Hi Esa,

You are most welcome my friend

This does tell the story;

ASG-ASQ01-UC560#show platform software lic

License UDI                  : UC560-T1E1-K9:FGL154112G3

Maximum User Licenses        : 22

Used User Licenses           : 22

Available User Licenses      : 0

As the uc560 has been announced as End of Life you will need to order

an add-on user license quite soon. Something like;

L-UC-PRO-8U=

Software license upgrade, authorizing an additional 8 users (e-delivery)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps7293/reference_guide_c07-566560.html

End of Life notice;
