Reinitialize DC Directory on Call Manager 4.1(3)

Is it possible to reinitialize the DC Directory on 4.1(3)? I had a BARS restore that failed, because I ran of disk space and now I cannot logon to BARS. I was hoping that I could logon again and try the restore.

Yes, restart the DCD service under windows services

Thanks for your reply. I did a full reboot and I could not log back on to BARS.
