I have many vg224 / vg204 etc devices that are not fully configured and in our snmp monitoring it shows the servers with rejected exemption alarms ,this can be cleared by configuring the ports in a basic fashion however this consumes licenses .
Various bogs mention shutting down the ports on the vg to stop this happening but this does not seem to work ,is this correct or is the only way to configure the port in CUCM ?
