Rejected Gateway Count Not resetting

Dear all,

After a few days spent restoring the Publisher - which had become inoperable -  we now notice that the counter "Rejected Gateways" is not zero, even though all MGCP Gateways appear to be properly working and registered.

This of course keeps showing up in our NEtwork Monitoring System, and it's not nice.

SNMP Results:

In particular, the queried MIB: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.5.10 (ccmRejectedGateways) returns a  value of 21 (supposedly, the number of rejected Gateways).
I tried reading the value via snmpget and I can confirm each CM Server (Publisher and Subscribers) return the same value, so it's not a problem of the monitoring platform.

Is there a way, that you know, we can reset this counter?

Many thanks for your help,

Francesco

Hi Francesco,

You can try restarting the RiS Data Collector service on all servers and also check if the replication status is 2 for all the servers.

Hi Manish,

thank you for your advice. I tried restarting RIS, but I get the same value. The databases are in line.

I would suggest opening a TAC case if the issue persists after service restart.

Thank you Manish,

If no more advices come up, I will have to do that. Many thanks again,

Francesco
