I have a central site interconnecting 8 remote sites with a VSAT based infrastructure. A small office (with its own data and voice subnets) is linked to one of the remote sites via a radio link and connects to other sites through it.
The problem I have is that the small can make calls to the central and all other remote sites but no site can call it back. When a call is placed, you get a busy tone. Looking at the configs, everything seems ok. I have CCM 4.1 at the central site and SRST on all remotes sites.
Both remote site and the small share that remote site's VSAT modem as their gateway to the central site.
Note: a traceroute to the small site stops at the remote site's modem's IP but I am wondering why the small site can initiate calls and not receive any call intiated from others site. They can access ressources at the central site as well.
