Hello All,
Is there any way that we can manipulate the CDR information. I need to remove the leading digits from the international calls.
Our CUCM (version 9.1) is configured to prefix a 6 digit code with all international calls made so that the Telco routes these calls via a VOIP service which is comparatively cheaper to the normal international calls.
But my CDR is generated with the leading 6 digit code for all international calls, and my billing system is not able to identify them.
How to truncate the leading digits from the CDR ?
Regards
Bejoy

you can add the 6-digits on the gateway through translation pattern so CUCM won't know about

Can you check your Service Parameters for "Add Incoming Number Prefix to CDR"?
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/8_6_1/car/car/caranrpt.html#wp1037699
If you're using a Service Parameter to prefix the "6", I believe this will remove that prefix from your CDRs.
