Remove CTL From Cisco 7940

Hi,

I've removed a CUCM 7.0 Cluster from mixed mode to unsecure. After this phones have CTL file inside but a "Clean CTL File"  -Dont' have information about Servers).This  didn't happen with 7940 phones ( wiht latest Firwmare available).  I've already tried to delete CTL file on phone, factory reset,firmware downgrade, but didn't work.

I need to delete CTL file from phone or at least phone download the Clean CTL file because i want to migrate these phones to a new cluster.

Any suggestions?

thanks,meanwhile i also have that documento. If i setup manualy tftp server with ctl file open i could migrate phone.

problem is that i will have to do This procedure on many phones....
