Hi All,
How to disable/ remove Auto Attendant ? i want to call from PSTN directly to receptionist without going through the Auto Attendee.
now all call from pstn still use Auto Attendee.
what things that i have to configure in cucm?

U need to have a look on call flow.
Normally when using CUC as AA, we configure an extension or CTI on CUCM and forward all to theVM(CUC). System call handler on CUC will handle this call. In this case Greeting will stop playing , if u disable the forwarding to VM on the extension. And To land the call on reception phone, configure the same extension on reception phone.
