Removing IPCC Extension from CUCM end users (BAT)

Hey All,

Has anyone out there had any luck trying to remove an IPCC Extension from multiple End User accounts with BAT?

I found the following article on Cisco.com but even when using the provided "Solution" i can't seem to get the BAT - User update to remove the configured IPCC extension with < none >

Open to any suggestions??

Mystery was solved using a Third-party AXL tool. Call Manager was unable to make the changes using BAT
