Hi Guillaume,
Yes... just export users through bat,
Through excel modify the csv with desired values and import it back .
Than use BAT-->users-->update users ( custom file) to update desired users

Hi,
i want to say : i want to rename userid , i think it's not possible from BAT because BAT seems to use the userid as a primary key .

correct, BAT update used for modify any other fields apart from userid (like name, last name, phone number, etcc....) but not the USERID since it's the mandatory fields that's being used to update the CM DB tables.
