renaming phone service and changing IP address for EM.

I know this may be basic question but I am stuck at this issue..

We shutdown one of our subscriber but we had phone service: ABC with that subscriber IP address.X.X.X.X

I went into that phone service ABC and changed the ip address in the link and rename the service to XYZ.

But on the phones I am still seeing ABC phone service, How can I update it on all phones so that I can see XYZ phone service on all phones and device profiles

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

You can try unsubscribing / resubscribing the service orclick on  Update Subscription for the changes to be reflected.

  • If you have changed the ip address on service URL then click on "Update subscriptions" (Device > Device Settings > Phone Services >IP Phone Services Configuration).and resubscribe each phone to which the wrong service was subscribed.
