Will like to upgrade CUCM 8.6 that is running on UCS server. I looked at the end of sale notice and saw that they stated that the last day for contract renewal was 0ct 2016, but the last date of support (LDOS)is July 2017. I read somewhere that software support goes 3 years after End Of Sale and I will be able to renew the contract once the (LDOS) hasn't been met.

So can I renew the SWSS or have I missed the last day to renew ?
